What does EMS feel like? Does it hurt?

You may feel gentle tingling, rhythmic pulsing, or small muscle contractions during your treatment. These sensations are normal, and depending on your sensitivity, you may feel very little or almost nothing at all.

 

Naraskin Lab has 5 adjustable intensity levels, so we recommend starting at Level 1 and gradually increasing until the stimulation feels noticeable but comfortable.

 

Higher intensity does not necessarily mean better results. The best setting is the one that allows you to complete your treatment comfortably and consistently. 

Which areas of the face does Naraskin Lab target?

The device automatically turns off when your treatment is complete. 

How many treatment masks do I receive, and are they reusable?

The number of conductive treatment masks depends on the bundle you choose. Naraskin Lab is available with 5, 10, or 20 masks, with every bundle including a reusable EMS device.

 

For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend using a fresh mask for each treatment. However, each mask can be reused up to 3 times if gently rinsed with water after each use and allowed to air-dry completely.

Can I use Naraskin Lab with my own skincare products?

Yes. Water-based serums can be used with the treatment mask. The most important thing is keeping the mask thoroughly damp so the EMS stimulation conducts properly.

 

Avoid using heavy oils, oil-based products, or very thick creams during treatment, as these can interfere with conductivity. You can apply the rest of your normal skincare routine after your session. 

What if my mask doesn't seem to be working properly?

Proper moisture is key to an effective EMS treatment. The mask needs to remain evenly damp throughout the session to allow electrical pulses to travel effectively between the device and your skin.

 

If your mask seems less effective, simply re-moisten it with water and ensure it fits snugly against your face. Keeping the mask properly hydrated helps maintain consistent conductivity and ensures you get the most out of every treatment.

What are the silver patterns on the mask for?

They're not just decorative — they're made with real silver plating and play an essential role in the EMS system.

 

Silver is highly conductive, helping electrical stimulation travel from the controller through the damp treatment mask to targeted areas of your face. This allows Naraskin Lab to stimulate multiple facial areas simultaneously instead of treating one small area at a time.

Who should NOT use the device?

Do not use Naraskin Lab if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device.

 

If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a serious heart condition, or another medical condition that could be affected by electrical stimulation, speak with your healthcare professional before using an EMS device.

 

Always follow the safety instructions included with your device. 

Can I use Naraskin Lab if I have Botox or fillers?

If you've recently had Botox, fillers, threads, surgery, or another professional facial treatment, allow the treated area to fully settle before introducing EMS.

 

Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner. If you're unsure when it is appropriate to resume EMS treatments, check with your injector or healthcare provider first. 

How long do the results last?
