For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend using a fresh mask for each treatment. However, each mask can be reused up to 3 times if gently rinsed with water after each use and allowed to air-dry completely.

Can I use Naraskin Lab with my own skincare products?

Yes. Water-based serums can be used with the treatment mask. The most important thing is keeping the mask thoroughly damp so the EMS stimulation conducts properly.

 

Avoid using heavy oils, oil-based products, or very thick creams during treatment, as these can interfere with conductivity. You can apply the rest of your normal skincare routine after your session. 

What if my mask doesn't seem to be working properly?

Proper moisture is key to an effective EMS treatment. The mask needs to remain evenly damp throughout the session to allow electrical pulses to travel effectively between the device and your skin.
